If D.O.A. has not been paid for, then the customer is responsible for the full shipping costs. (*1 D.O.A. only applies to hardware and factory faults within 7 days of invoice, the standard warranty applies thereafter. *2 Full costs are paid by us if collected from a major city in South Africa. A reduced fee applies to other towns and regional areas.)

Delivery costs

Delivery to main city centres within South Africa may be done free on laptops over a certain value (delivery is NOT free, we may subsidise your initial delivery). If any other product has been selected and it cannot be shipped inside the same box as the laptop, then delivery will be charged. Delivery outside South Africa and to regional areas is always charged. Subsidised ("Free") delivery is at our discretion.
